The characteristics of laser processing:

● Because it is non-contact processing, there is no direct impact on the workpiece, so there is no mechanical deformation;


● In the process of laser processing, there is no “tool” wear, and no “cutting force” is used to work on the workpiece;


● In the process of laser processing, the laser beam has high energy density, fast processing speed, and local processing. It has little influence on the non laser irradiated parts. Therefore, the thermal deformation of the small workpiece in the area with the heat effect is minimal in the subsequent processing;
